You can easily monitor the progress of your order and receive a QR code when it is ready for collection, which you will present at the pickup point.

Collect from your nearest supermarket.

After selecting your items, you can collect them at your chosen branch at no extra cost. If you are unable to collect at the scheduled time, we will hold your order for up to 24 hours.

Pay at the checkout with cash or card.

Upon arrival, your order will be ready for payment at the checkout, where you can choose your preferred payment method.

Use your existing aCuenta.cl account or create a new one.

You have the option to utilize your current online account credentials for seamless integration.
